The opportunity…With a thriving frozen fruit business of over 100 years and a desire to modernize their brand, Firestone was ready to reimagine their company’s messaging and website experience, while maintaining the integrity of their heritage story.
My role…I supported with category landscape research, cultural insights, strategy, and crafting the updated brand language. I extended this new brand language across all pages of the website.
The outcome…Our updated brand language came to life in a modern, elevated, fruit-forward web experience that tells Firestone’s compelling story. From showcasing the company’s quality fruit offerings, to their vertically integrated operation, to a relentless commitment to sustainability, the site pays homage to their roots as a family operation with pride for its Pacific Northwest roots.
